Open call for a group learning mobility to Spain

Topic: Diverse and Inclusive Employment
This CuBuFo offer is for managers, human resources (HR) specialists and recruiters, people with experience in management and HR, people, who are a part of company’s DEI networks or resource groups from Bulgaria who work in the private sector. The five-day group learning mobility will take place in La Zubia, Spain.
The group learning mobility will be organized under CuBuFo’s Erasmus+ accreditation for adult education under contract number 2026-1-BG01-KA121-ADU-000409870.
 
Dates of the mobility: 8 to 12 March 2027
Travel dates: 7 March 2027 outward travel and 13 March 2027 return travel.

Logistics & Certification:
Travel to Granada: Flight and bus
Insurance for the entire duration of the trip
Accommodation: Granada
Local transport with buses 175 or 177 to La Zubia
Europass certificates will be issued by the sending and host organisations for all participants, containing all the learning outcomes from the participation in this event.
Learning agreements will be signed with all participants, providing clarity on rights and obligations, insurance policy number, daily subsistence allowance and other relevant topics.

Purpose of the training
The training objectives are to increase disability awareness and change attitudes towards people with disabilities. Better employment opportunities for people with disabilities are a programme objective.
Participants will examine how to prepare and use inclusive employment practices, and how to keep these practices in operation. Course topics include European Union (EU) standards, evidence-based HR practice and Universal Design. They also include principles of the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD).
 
Costs and reservations
All the costs related to the event will be covered with funding from the accreditation budget, including: travel, accommodation, daily subsistence, local transport, airport transfers and insurance. There is no training fee. The organisers are responsible for reservations.

Programme of the learning mobility
8 March (Monday) – Topic: The Business Case: Benefits & The Bias Barrier (Bias, prejudice, stereotypes and discrimination. Unconscious bias and micro-aggression. Methods to change stereotypes. Intersectionality in the workplace. Benefits of inclusive employment.)
9 March (Tuesday) – Topic: Universal Design & Universal Design for Learning Principles for Employment (Universal Design and its principles. Physical accessibility of premises and workstations. Content accessibility. Digital and communication technologies. Reasonable accommodations.)
10 March (Wednesday) – Topic: Inclusive Recruitment & Hiring (Inclusive job design and job descriptions. Accessible recruitment processes. Interviews without bias. Disclosure and privacy. Selection and decision-making.)
11 March (Thursday) – Topic: Post Hire Accommodations, Awareness, Sensitivity, Communication & Collaboration (Communication between managers and staff, and between peers. How and when to help. Management of diverse teams. Mentoring, peer support and allyship. Conflict resolution and mediation.)
12 March (Friday) – Topic: Personalized Internship Paths (Individual profiles and strength-based planning. Personalised internship plans. Accessible work environments and reasonable accommodation. Mentoring, coaching and feedback. Progress checks, plan changes and transition beyond the internship.)
Brief presentation of the latest legal requirements of the EU will be integrated in the learning activity.
