With 90% of Jews facing online hate, organizations like UNESCO and IHRA are prioritizing educational reforms. The REMEDIA project addresses this by empowering teachers with innovative digital tools and media analysis. Erasmus+ VET Cooperation Partnership<\/h3>\n<p><span lang=\"BG\">The W.I.N. Erasmus+ project (2025-1-BG01-KA220-VET-000349810), short for \u201cWorkplace Inclusion and Diversity Training and Campaigning\u00a0for Professionals in the Private Sector and VET Providers\u201d KA220-VET Cooperation partnership in VET\u00a0<\/span>has just started! It is supported by the Human Resource Development Center (Bulgarian National Agency).\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"BG\">With a period of implementation between October 2025 and Sept 2027, the W.I.N. project addresses the urgent\u00a0need to make both vocational education and workplaces more inclusive for people\u00a0with disabilities. The idea behind the project is to reduce barriers to employment and learning by applying the principles of Universal Design and\u00a0Universal Design for Learning. The project starts by collecting knowledge and\u00a0proven practices from across Europe. Building on this evidence, the partnership will develop practical training programmes aimed at three target groups: VET\u00a0educators, employers including managers and HR staff, and people with\u00a0disabilities themselves. These trainings are designed in innovative and accessible\u00a0formats such as micro-learning modules and are co-created together with people\u00a0with disabilities to ensure relevance and authenticity. Alongside training, the\u00a0project creates spaces for dialogue and cooperation between education,\u00a0employers, and the public sector, helping to build a stronger social contract\u00a0for inclusion. To ensure a real and lasting impact, the project invests in wide\u00a0dissemination, networking, and sustainability planning so that the results can\u00a0continue to benefit communities and institutions after the project ends.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span lang=\"BG\">The project is organized in the following work packages:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Work Package 1 \u2013 Project Management Ensures coordination, internal\u00a0communication, monitoring, and reporting. It provides quality control and\u00a0guarantees that all activities are carried out according to Erasmus+ standards.<\/p>\n<p>Work Package 2 \u2013 Research on Existing Practices Focuses on collecting\u00a0and analysing successful practices in inclusive vocational education and\u00a0workplace environments. It produces national reports and a European study with\u00a0recommendations, creating a strong knowledge base for the following stages.<\/p>\n<p>Work Package 3 \u2013 Developing Training Programmes Creates three training\u00a0programmes: one for VET educators, one for managers and HR professionals, and\u00a0one for people with disabilities. The trainings are offered in micro-learning\u00a0formats, tested in pilot sessions, and supported by in-company workshops across\u00a0all partner countries and online.<\/p>\n<p>Work Package 4 \u2013 Networking and Consultations Promotes dialogue\u00a0between vocational education providers, employers, and public authorities.\u00a0Activities include round tables, consultations, and the production of inspiring\u00a0video materials to strengthen collaboration and policy recommendations.<\/p>\n<p>Work Package 5 \u2013 Dissemination and Sustainability Ensures visibility\u00a0and long-term use of results through a full communication package, including a\u00a0website, social media, newsletters, and brochures. It also expands the partner\u00a0network and organizes national conferences to secure sustainability and wider\u00a0impact.<\/p>\n<p>CuBuFoundation is the project coordinator. The focus will be on using innovative, digital, effective, open, and inclusive methodologies and tools that support their personal and professional development.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #555555; font-family: Lato, 'helvetica neue', helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">During October (Gorna Oryahovitsa) and November (Razgrad) we implemented a tour among our partners and colleagues and presented our new offers and possiblities for participation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #555555; font-family: Lato, 'helvetica neue', helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">The group mobilities are planned as follows:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #555555; font-family: Lato, 'helvetica neue', helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">Jan 2026 \u2013 Sorradile, Italy (the group is already formed)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #555555; font-family: Lato, 'helvetica neue', helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\">March 2026 \u2013 Ljubljana, Slovenia (combined with a training course for the team). The accreditation number is&nbsp;2023-1-BG01-KA120-ADU-000169434.<o:p><\/o:p><\/p>\n<p><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p>Our Erasmus plan consists of the following objectives:<\/p>\n<p><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p>\u2013 To provide staff, working with adult learners, with new&nbsp;skills and knowledge, adequate to the dynamic changes in the education systems&nbsp;concerning inclusion, accessibility and societal needs;<\/p>\n<p><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p>\u2013 To provide staff, working with adult learners, with skills&nbsp;and knowledge to organize and provide training for non-homogeneous groups of&nbsp;learners within a single training activity;<\/p>\n<p><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p>\u2013 To increase the participation of adult learners in&nbsp;training activities of the Foundation with 30% by the end of the period of&nbsp;accreditation;<\/p>\n<p><o:p>&nbsp;<\/o:p>\u2013 To improve the skillset of learners on innovative,&nbsp;digital, effective, open and inclusive methodologies, instruments and tools to&nbsp;improve their personal and professional development.<\/p>\n<p>Within the framework of the 1st year of the accreditation&nbsp;period (supported under contract n. 2024-1-BG01-KA121-ADU-000198811), we are <span lang=\"EN-US\">going to join two thematic training&nbsp;courses with 5 representatives, ready and interested to work together and learn&nbsp;within international teams of trainees.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Over the years to follow (after August 2025) we will open&nbsp;the possibility for learners\u2019 participation. CuBuFoundation is the contractual one for Bulgaria.<\/span><br><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">CULPEER digital aims to develop and transfer online formats and digital concepts for cultural peer-learning approaches in Global Education and Intercultural Learning for awareness-raising on global issues, social integration and cultural participation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\">The project CULPEER digital focuses on inclusion and diversity through digital cultural learning methods for pedagogues in adult education, especially those working with persons with fewer opportunities. the sphere of social entrepreneurship, empowering through autonomy and potential for contributing to society and to the European values, as well as improved intercultural skills. Besides that, the project aims at developing the capacity of the NGOs and the social partners working with young people with impaired vision, to encourage the development of skills, connected to
