CuBuFo celebrates with HPE the 5th anniversary of Disabilities Network Bulgaria
It was 19 March 2025 and we were together with team members of Hewlett Packard Enterprise in their office in Sofia Business Park, honored by an invitation from HPE Disabilities Network Bulgaria to celebrate their 5th anniversary and also offer a workshop on stereotypes and prejudices for interested staff.
The activities we included in the morning workshop impressed those who joined and left them contemplating how we can become more aware about our limitations and difficulties when interacting with our environment and how these limitations can curb our objectivity, our useful and pleasant collaboration within diversified teams and finally the full expansion of our potential as colleagues, friends, parents and members of society.
The topic of inclusive leadership and employment, which is welcoming to the different ones was also discussed later in the day, when during the organized debate, colleagues from HPE and the NGO sector shared their thoughts and ideas.
