CuBuFoundation with approved Erasmus+ accreditation for adult education – first training is already planned
CuBuFoundation opened a new chapter in its wide range of activities by getting approval for its accreditation under the Erasmus+ programme in the field of adult education. The accreditation number is 2023-1-BG01-KA120-ADU-000169434.
Our Erasmus plan consists of the following objectives:
– To provide staff, working with adult learners, with new skills and knowledge, adequate to the dynamic changes in the education systems concerning inclusion, accessibility and societal needs;
– To provide staff, working with adult learners, with skills and knowledge to organize and provide training for non-homogeneous groups of learners within a single training activity;
– To increase the participation of adult learners in training activities of the Foundation with 30% by the end of the period of accreditation;
– To improve the skillset of learners on innovative, digital, effective, open and inclusive methodologies, instruments and tools to improve their personal and professional development.
Within the framework of the 1st year of the accreditation period (supported under contract n. 2024-1-BG01-KA121-ADU-000198811), we are already in the process of organizing our attendance of training course number one, entitled “Fostering Inclusion: Empowering Diverse Voices for a Brighter Future”. The 7-day course will be provided by Asociatia Nationala de Dezvoltare Continua a Tineretului din Romania and will take place in Craiova, Romania from the 22nd to the 28th of November 2024. CuBuFoundation will join this course with 5 team members, who are ready and willing to join the activities and learn together with the international participant group.

Over the years to follow (after August 2025) we will open the possibility for learners’ participation. This means that should your personal and professional growth objectives align with the goals of our Erasmus plan, you will be more than welcome to join our groups and improve your skills and competencies during training courses abroad.
