CuBuFoundation with another event from the leader academy for HPE

On 14 October 2024, the CUBUFO team visited the HPE office in Sofia for a special event. We had a full room of managers for a session on inclusive workplace. The participants were inspired further to promote the company’s opening to diverse employees. We discussed how a manager and the whole team can support and accommodate a diverse employee. There were numerous questions during the event and some requests that came after. Our next meeting will take place on 28 October, when we will work on individual and group assessment, speak about Universal Design and touch on the subject of socio-emotional intelligence.
