Work on the three training programs of the Erasmus+ W.I.N. project continued throughout the summer months.
The project partnership has now almost fully completed most of the modules and the lessons within them. Here is what the three programs cover:
– Diverse and Inclusive Vocational Education and Training: Inclusive teaching, understanding disabilities, accessible digital tools, links between education and work, and learner autonomy.
– Diverse and inclusive employment: The benefits of inclusion, prejudices and stereotypes, EU legal requirements, universal design, inclusive recruitment, workplace accommodations, communication and collaboration, as well as personalized pathways for internships.
– Personal, social, and learning skills for learners and job seekers with disabilities: Learning skills, digital autonomy, job search, interview preparation, labor rights, disclosure, self-advocacy, and transition to the workplace.
The finalization of the curricula, as well as strategies for sharing it with target groups and stakeholders, will be discussed at the upcoming second in-person partner meeting in Liège, Belgium, on November 23 and 24, 2026.
