CuBuFoundation with a new visit to HPE

On 10 and 24 February we conducted seminars as a part of the leadership academy for HPE, dedicated to the inclusion of people with disabilities in the working environment. The participants were current and future managers in the company. 

We spoke about the adaptation of employees with disabilities, the communication with the manager and the company according to the type of disability and its specifics. We reminded the participants how we can be helpful to such colleagues in the best way and in the appropriate time. 

The theory was supported by interactive games – the participants were put in real life scenarios, considered cases and sought solutions together. 💪

A special moment in the second seminar was the interview with a blind person – Monika Metodieva – which the HPE participants led themselves. This gave them the possibility to hear how it feels to work, deal with issues and develop yourself under such conditions.
